The hotel is superbly located right in the heart of town, within walking distance of the racecourse and close to everything you need. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with lovely beds and powerful showers. the staff are friendly and eager to help, offering a warm welcome at reception. Breakfast is a combination of buffet and hot dishes, and the service is generally good. the hotel offers free parking, which is a great advantage.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the carpets in the public areas and the restaurant/bar, are worn and tatty, suggesting that a refurbishment is overdue.

Convenient location and accessibility. Free car parking, just across the street from the hotel. The hotel was quiet despite overlooking a busy intersection, great soundproofing. The staff were polite and helpful.

The temperature of the room was too hot for our taste and the bed was a bit hard. The breakfast service operates as table service instead of a buffet.

The hotel's location close to the main street in town and to many great places to eat is extremely convenient. Guests can easily access shops, restaurants, and other amenities in the area. The rooms on the 3rd floor are well-equipped with everything you may need, ensuring a comfortable stay. Attention to detail is evident, with spacious rooms and a big bed. The mirrors in the room, with their fluorescent lights, are a fantastic feature, especially for those who need good lighting for doing their makeup. It's a thoughtful touch that enhances the overall experience.

All was great, no improvements needed.

Right in the town centre, this hotel is conveniently located close to everything you need. You'll find a variety of restaurants and shops just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, being close to the gallops, you can catch a glimpse of racehorses in the morning, perfect for horse racing enthusiasts. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring you have a comfortable stay from start to finish. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and are located on the top floor, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. I especially loved the blackout curtains in the window, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail, like the mirrors strategically placed in the room, adds a nice touch to the overall experience. And last but not least, the breakfast served in the morning is delicious and satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from.

All was good during my stay.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff the hotel is located near a shopping center which offers some free parking spaces. It is a plus if you are travelling for business purposes on a budget. Another positive aspect is that the staff is very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist us whenever we needed them. the hotel offers a good breakfast selection that was included in the room price.

Poor Room Conditions and Uncomfortable Environment the room was dirty, with stains on the carpet and dusty surfaces.
